2. What You’ll Be Doing

• Building responsive and dynamic web applications using the MERN stack
• Developing RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end logic
• Working with databases, authentication, and deployment
• Collaborating with the team to solve challenges and deliver quality code
• Debugging and optimizing code for performance and scalability

3. What We’re Looking For

• Understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of React.js and Node.js
• Familiarity with Express.js and MongoDB
• Eagerness to learn and explore full-stack development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

4. Nice-to-Have (But not required)

• Knowledge of Redux, JWT, and API integration
• Experience with Git/GitHub
• Personal or academic MERN projects
• Familiarity with deployment tools like Vercel, Netlify, or Heroku
